MANHELF places special emphasis on the consistent performance of its steering racks, including precision, smoothness, and durability. Each rack is assembled on high-precision test benches, and key components undergo 100% final performance testing.

  • Wear resistance
    Rods and shafts made of 40Cr/45Cr alloy steel family provide high strength and fatigue resistance.
  • Tightness
    Seals and gaskets made from synthetic NBR retain elasticity and reduce the risk of leaks.
